In the Fall of 2006, LeCroy Corporation (NASDAQ: LCRY) completed its acquisition of Catalyst Enterprises. Catalyst is now part of the Protocol Solutions Group of LeCroy, dedicated to providing the most advanced protocol analyzers and exercisers for the serial data community. All portions of the getcatalyst.com website have now been integrated into the LeCroy website.
